2) Issuance of a building permit - payment of 30% of the apartment purchase price
3) The division of the house by the declaration of the owner and the creation of units under construction - payment of 40% of the apartment purchase price
4) Approval of the building and signing of the Purchase Agreement - additional payment of 25% of the apartment purchase price.
